Our objective in this research was to establish the impact of brief solution-focused counselling on adolescents’ self-efficacy. This counseling method is used to help adolescents to deal with various problems effectively. The results show that 65.6% of the counseled students achieved prominent or moderate subjective solutions to their problems as a result of the counseling. We concluded that the method is suitable for counseling adolescents at school as it is a brief, well-structured, and flexible approach that helps to improve adolescents’ self-efficacy and enables them to experience a subjective decrease in the urgency of the problems they face.
